Boarding Rates:

Dogs: £22.00 per dog, per night.

Cats: £14.00 per cat, per night.

 

10% reduction for multiple occupancy.

 

Full Boarding Terms & Conditions

PLEASE NOTE:
If you collect your pet in the morning there is no charge for that day.
If you pick your pet up in the evening there is a £12.00 charge for dogs and a £7.50 charge for cats.
 

All boarding bookings will be subject to the following sliding cancellation scale.

Kennel & Cattery Cancellation Policy:
•    Cancellation or reduction of dates up to 30 days prior, full payment will be required.
•    Cancellation or reduction of dates up to 60 days prior, 50% payment will be required.
•    Cancellation or reduction of dates 60 days or more, 25% payment will be required.

Payment must be made in full before boarders leave the establishment.

Pick up and drop off times for all pets are 8am - 10am or 4pm - 6pm.

Day Care Rate:

£18.00 for individual kennel, per day.
£32.00 for two dogs from the same household sharing a kennel, per day.
£46.00 for three dogs from the same household sharing a kennel, per day.

Cancellation policy:
• Cancellations up to 7 days prior, full payment will be required.
• 7 - 14 days prior, 50% cancellation fee will apply.
• 14 - 30 days, 25% cancellation fee will apply.
• 30 days or more, no cancellation charge will apply.

Day Care balances are required to be settled by Sunday of each week the service is used.
